Jeffrey R. Neill, Ed.D.

As a passionate international educator with over 22 years of leadership experience at six different high schools on four continents, I have dedicated my career to empowering students to reach their full potential. Currently, I serve as the Director of College Counseling at Graded - The American School in Sao Paulo, Brazil, where I am part of a four-person team responsible for guiding students to achieve their university aspirations.In addition to my work in schools, I have also served as a consultant in various capacities, assisting schools worldwide in examining, developing, and refining their counseling and college counseling culture and programs. My work has included partnerships with schools across the United States, Brazil, Taiwan, Vietnam, Mongolia, Eswatini/Swaziland, Senegal, Hong Kong, China, UAE, and Singapore. I am passionate about helping schools create cultures of excellence that support students in achieving their goals. Recently, much of my consulting work has focused on the use of artificial intelligence (AI) to benefit schools and educators. I have seen firsthand how AI can enhance the student experience and streamline administrative tasks for school counselors and college counselors.
